Troubleshooting
What to do when something isn't working as expected.
-
My TV shows as offline. Does the content stop playing?
Not necessarily: the most likely cause is a communication failure with the servers, and the TV keeps playing the content normally.
-
The video won't play on the TV. What should I do?
See the most common causes: optimization in progress, corrupted file, high resolution or fps, scheduling, audio, and YouTube or Vimeo videos.
-
The screenshot shows a completely black image. Is that a problem?
On some Android systems, YouTube or Vimeo videos appear black in the Screenshot, but they keep playing normally.
-
The TV has been offline for many days. What should I do?
Learn the most common reasons a TV stays Offline / No Communication for days and what to do in each case, from checking the connection to replacing the device.
-
Why is my high-definition video slow or choppy on the TV?
Files are optimized, but the original fps is kept. If the device doesn't support the video's fps, playback may be slow or freeze.
-
The app doesn't open automatically when I turn on the TV. What should I do?
Check the Auto Start option, the Display over other apps permission and, on TCL Smart TVs, the autostart setting in the security app.
-
The app closes after a few hours and goes back to the home screen. What should I do?
On some MXQ and Tanix devices, the app closes after 2 to 3 hours. Replace the device or set Cloud Launcher as the default.
-
What should I do if the app freezes or shows an inactivity alert on the Amazon Fire Stick?
Since March 2024, the Fire Stick shows an alert after 4 hours without use. Turn off the Still Watching option so the alert no longer appears.
-
The app screen goes completely black after a while. What should I do?
This is usually caused by a corrupted app file. Clear the cache, reinstall the app, or restore the device to factory settings.
-
The app image appears cut off on the TV. What should I do?
Set Windows display scaling to 100%, use AUTO ADJUST or 16:9 in the TV picture settings, or fix the ZOOM setting on your Android TV Box.

O alerta aparece quando o aparelho liga e desliga ou o aplicativo reinicia várias vezes em pouco tempo. Veja as causas e como resolver.
-
O relógio do aparelho parece desajustado.
