- Do you implement every suggestion I send? Every suggestion is welcome: it goes onto our feature list, and the most requested ones are the ones we implement.
- Do you customize the app or the dashboard for my company? The Corporate plan includes many customizable features. For anything beyond that, contact our support team.
- I can't access the dashboard. How do I know if the services are working? Check the service status page to see if there are any outages before trying to access the dashboard again.
- Do you create images, artwork, or ads for me? We don't offer design services, but you can create your artwork on a design service, such as Canva.com, and upload it as files.
- Why is there an "Enable Editing" option? Often you only open a TV or playlist to check something, so not everything needs to be editable by default.
