- Do you implement every suggestion I send? Every suggestion is welcome: it goes onto our feature list, and the most requested ones are the ones that get implemented.
- Do you customise the app or the dashboard for my company? The Corporate plan includes many customisable features. For anything beyond that, contact our support team.
- I can't access the dashboard. How can I check whether the services are working? Check the service status page to see whether there is any instability before trying to access the dashboard again.
- Do you create images, artwork or adverts for me? We don't offer design services, but you can create your artwork with a design service such as Canva.com and upload it as files.
- Why is there an "Enable Editing" option? You often open a TV or playlist just to check something, so not everything needs to be editable by default.
