How do I get started with the dashboard and get my first TV on air?

To get your first TV showing content, follow these steps in this order.

1. Install the app on the device

Download and install the app on the device that will show the content: Windows, Android or Smart TV. If you have not chosen the device yet, check the minimum requirements, the compatible Smart TVs and the recommended Android devices.

2. Create your account or log in

Open the control panel, where you will manage all your content and TVs.

3. Link the TV

When you open the app for the first time, it shows a code on the screen.

1. In the dashboard, go to the TVs menu.
2. Click Link TV.
3. Enter the 5-digit code shown on the app screen.
4. Click Link TV.

4. Upload your files

If you want to show your own images and videos, go to the Files menu and click Add files. See How do I upload images and videos?

5. Create a playlist

In the Playlist menu, click Create Playlist and choose what will be shown: your files, entertainment and tools. Also set the order and display time. See How do I create a playlist?

6. Select the playlist on the TV

1. In the TVs menu, click the name of the TV.
2. Click Enable Editing.
3. Under Playlist, choose the playlist you created.
4. Click Save.

Done! The TV now shows the selected playlist.

Important: until a playlist is selected, the TV does not show any content, and the TV list shows the message Select a playlist for this TV!
