How much internet data does the app use?
Data usage depends on what is in the TV's playlist. Images, videos and GIFs are downloaded only once and stored in the device's cache.
Entertainment items, on the other hand, are downloaded on demand, and each one uses a different amount of data.
How much data each entertainment item uses
Usage ranges from around 500 KB per day (Current Time) to around 2.5 GB per month (AllRecipes). News from external sources can reach around 200 MB per day, depending on the number of sources. See the full table in What is the network traffic of each entertainment item on the TV?
